Oyster serving suggestions
Thornham Blues
Mouth-watering grilled oysters with Danish Blue cheese.
You will need
- Thornham rock oysters, half shelled
- Danish blue cheese
- Sea-salt and cracked black pepper
Method
Place the oysters in the half cupped shell under medium heat for one minute. Add a slice of Danish blue cheese and the seasoning, grill until cheese browns, serve.
