Oyster serving suggestions
Oyster Chow Mein
Thornham Oysters with a touch of the Orient is a delightful combination. Serves 2.
You will need
- Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Dark soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Saki - 1 tablespoon
- Pak Choi
- Egg noodles
- Fresh chopped red chillies
- 6 Thornham rock oysters
Method
Heat wok, add soy sauces, saki and egg noodles. Add oysters, Pak Choi and chillies. Serve when oysters are cooked.
