Oyster serving suggestions

Oyster Tagliatelle

Our favourite - Thornham Oysters Italian-style.

You will need

  • Fresh Tagliatelle
  • Black and green olives (half a dozen in total)
  • Fresh tarragon
  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • Fresh dill
  • 6 uncooked Thornham rock oysters shelled
  • Lemon olive oil
  • Dressed herb leaf salad

Method

Dressed Herb Salad

Mix an equal quantity of the following leaves: ruby salad, bull’s blood, roquette, mizuna and red mustard, drizzle with balsamic pesto dressing.

Cook pasta as normal, mix all the other ingredients in a bowl, add the olive oil and stir into the cooked pasta. Serve with the dressed herb leaf salad and warm rustic bread.
