Oyster serving suggestions
Oyster Tagliatelle
Our favourite - Thornham Oysters Italian-style.
You will need
- Fresh Tagliatelle
- Black and green olives (half a dozen in total)
- Fresh tarragon
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Fresh dill
- 6 uncooked Thornham rock oysters shelled
- Lemon olive oil
- Dressed herb leaf salad
Method
Dressed Herb Salad
Mix an equal quantity of the following leaves: ruby salad, bull’s blood, roquette, mizuna and red mustard, drizzle with balsamic pesto dressing.
Cook pasta as normal, mix all the other ingredients in a bowl, add the olive oil and stir into the cooked pasta. Serve with the dressed herb leaf salad and warm rustic bread.
