Please read before placing an order

Delivery days: To ensure that your order reaches you absolutely fresh and in perfect condition, deliveries can only be made from Tuesday to Friday, bank holidays excepted. We will not dispatch shellfish knowing that it could be delayed in transit.
Timing: If you would like to receive your order the next working day, we must receive your order before 8am the previous working day. If you are placing an advance order please state clearly your desired delivery date in the ‘additional notes’ box at the checkout, bearing in mind the delivery days above.
Orders must be signed for: All orders are dispatched by courier. Providing that you have given PRECISE instructions at the time of ordering, the courier can leave it with a neighbour or in a place that you have specified. Our courier will aim to deliver between 9am and 5.30pm although in exceptional circumstances times may vary.

When you checkout, any special delivery instructions must be entered in the ‘additional notes’ box.
Packaging: We pack our shellfish in hygienic, leakproof insulated boxes that help keep them in prime condition.
Shipping cost: Shipping and packing costs are calculated on the total weight of your order. This charge is displayed when you add an item to your basket.
