Thornham Oysters is a family business supplying one of nature’s best-known sources of natural goodness and flavour. Through our online shop or by simply contacting us we can arrange overnight delivery of prime-condition fresh oysters and Brancaster Mussels to almost any address in the UK.

Thornham Rock Oysters are grown in the natural salt marsh creeks that meander from the North Sea into Thornham Harbour. When the oysters reach maturity they are hand-picked and brought ashore for cleaning and grading before being purified by UV treatment in accordance with hygiene regulations.

Thornham’s salt marsh creeks have provided this bountiful delicacy since Roman Times.

We will be expanding in the future to offer a wide range of other shellfish from Norfolk.

Christmas and New Year Deliveries

• All orders for the festive season must be received by Sunday 21^st December
• The last delivery day for Christmas is Weds 24^th December
• The only delivery day between Christmas and the new year is Tues 30^th December
